Digital products

All products sold by TJ Ranch Print Co. are digital downloads unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. No physical item will be shipped.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because digital files and template access are delivered immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the download or access link has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Problems with your order

If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its product description, contact us within 14 days of purchase using the contact information listed on our store. We will first provide access assistance or a replacement file. If we cannot correct the issue, we will provide an appropriate refund where required.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, contact us within 48 hours. Duplicate-purchase requests are reviewed individually, particularly when the digital files have not been accessed.

Canva templates

Some products require a free Canva account. Buyers are responsible for confirming that Canva and the file formats described in the listing are compatible with their intended use.
