Digital delivery

All products sold by TJ Ranch Print Co. are delivered electronically unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping or customs charges apply to digital products.

Delivery timing

Digital files are normally made available immediately after payment is confirmed. Buyers receive access through the order confirmation page and the email address used at checkout. Payment verification, security review, or platform processing may occasionally cause a short delay.

Accessing your purchase

For Canva-template products, download and open the START HERE PDF, then select the included Canva links to create editable copies. A free Canva account may be required. Buyers should download their files promptly and keep a personal backup.

If your files do not arrive

If access is not available within 30 minutes after payment confirmation, check the email spam or promotions folder and confirm that the checkout email address is correct. Then contact us using the contact information published on our store, and include the order number so we can assist.

Incorrect email addresses

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout. If an address was entered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with the order details.
